Structure

AMEC is a focused supplier of consultancy, engineering and project management services to its customers in the world's oil and gas, mining, clean energy, environment and infrastructure markets.

From 2013 onwards, reporting will be on a geographic rather than a divisional basis. Comparatives will be provided with the 2012 full year results.

Our structure2

Up until 31 December 2012, AMEC was managed and reported its results through three divisions: Natural Resources, Power & Process and Environment & Infrastructure.
