Application process
Join us at AMEC! Go to the job search page to find our current job postings available.
Click on job search in the left hand menu to search for the current jobs available. You can create your own account either by clicking on the ‘Create new account’ link in the log-in box, or you can click on job search first, find a job you want to apply for, and then create your account as part of the application process. Once you have applied online you will receive an email acknowledgement confirming that we have received your details.
Applying to additional jobs
Once you have registered your details with us (either generally or by applying to a job), you can search for other jobs and apply simply by clicking on the ‘Apply to job’ button on the job advert.
Other tools available to you
You can register for email alerts by setting up a Search Agent. By specifying the type of job you are looking for, we can send you an email when new jobs matching your criteria are posted. You can also check the status of your submission, edit or delete your profile, go back to any jobs saved in your job cart, or retrieve any draft applications.
What happens next?
Once we have completed our initial review of your application, if we wish to progress further, you will be contacted by one of our recruiters and either asked for more information or be invited for interview. If your profile does not sufficiently match our requirements, or if there are other applicants whose qualifications/experience are more closely aligned with the job, you will normally be informed that you have not been selected to progress to the next stage. We do try to respond to all candidates.
Withdrawing from an application or deleting your profile
You may withdraw from an application by logging into your account, selecting ‘Job Submission Status’, and then clicking on ‘Withdraw’. You can remove your details by logging into your account, going to ‘Edit profile’, and clicking on the ‘Delete Profile’ button.
Register for new jobs
New jobs are being posted every day. The best way to be considered for a job at AMEC is to apply directly to an advertised vacancy. Better still, by creating an account, you can also register for job alerts, so that when new jobs are posted that match your specified criteria, we can send you an email to let you know! Once you have created an account, you will be able to log back in and update or remove your details at any time.
