I have forgotten my password
Click 'Forgot your password?' link from the login screen. You should then receive an email with instructions to follow. (If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail and / or ensure this is the correct email address you used to set up your account.) 

I’m trying to create a new account
Do not use the same email address you have used with us in the past. Enter a new email address to create your new account.

I cannot complete my application online
Our online application system works on most operating systems and browser version with the exception of Internet Explorer 6.0 on either Windows Vista or Windows 7.

I cannot upload my CV, Resume or cover letter
Please use .doc format – as the system does not accept .docx format - that is, Microsoft Office 2007 or later. (Which means you will need to save the document in an older version).

I successfully logged into the application portal but I can no longer apply to other requisitions
You can apply to a maximum of 20 positions within 45 days. When you have reached the maximum number of positions and apply to another position, you should have received a system-generated message informing you that you have reached the limit.

I already clicked 'withdraw' to withdraw my application to a requisition but it seems not to be working
It takes about 24 hours for the system to withdraw your application once you have selected this option. There is no option for you to re-apply for a requisition. However, you can apply as a new user with a new profile.

I prefer to permanently delete my profile in the system
You can delete your profile by logging in, access 'Edit Profile' and select 'Delete'.

How do I access the Help button when I log into the account.
You may access the 'Help' button anytime; it is located on the upper-right hand corner of your welcome page after logging in. This will offer you guidance on how to manage your application online.

How do I send you my CV/Résumé?
You can either apply for a specific job by clicking on the Apply to job button at the bottom of the job advert, or you can simply visit our job search page and register your details in our database. We have so many recruiters this is the best way to reach them all.

How do I find out about jobs at AMEC?
By visiting our job search page, you can search all of our jobs – by keyword, job discipline, geography, business sector or business division. And by creating an account you can set up job alerts using the Search Agent Manager, so that when new jobs are posted that match your specified criteria, we can send you a job alert email!

How can I find out more about graduate opportunities?
Have you visited our 'Graduates and trainees' zone? You should find all the information you need there. We are in the process of launching a new graduate portal, which will help you to target graduate jobs more easily.
