Technical council

AMEC’s Technical Council was created in 2000 with an objective to advance AMEC’s technical capability and skills, promote the firm’s technical reputation, and share technical knowledge across the division.

The members of the Council are all recognised experts in their respective disciplines, and they provide a forum for advice, leadership and training across the organisation. The Technical Council provides top-level expertise and offers the best ideas and problem-solving solutions that customers want.

One of our strengths is our ability to work together and pull together the best technical people for specific projects from various offices in a region. The Technical Council supports this multi-disciplinary team approach and our ability to tackle larger projects as a result.

Paul D.Anderson

PhD – Boston, Massachusetts, US

Dr. Anderson has more than 16 years of experience in the environmental industry providing human health and ecological risk assessment services. Paul is a leading advocate of advanced risk assessment techniques such as Monte Carlo analysis, he has written over 20 papers and lectured widely on ecological and human health risk assessment, and has testified on the potential risks posed by dioxin and other chemicals.
