Dividend Re-Investment Plan
Our Dividend Re-Investment Plan (DRIP) is a convenient, easy and cost effective way to build up your shareholding by using your cash dividends to buy more shares in AMEC plc.
How does the plan work?

Any of your dividend left over which is insufficient to purchase a whole share will be carried forward and held, without interest, in a Client Money bank account.
The DRIP commission charged by CIRGT is 1% of the purchase price of the shares, with a minimum charge of £2.50. This is exclusive of Stamp Duty Reserve Tax at 0.5% of the deal value. Costs are deducted at source before the new shares are purchased.
What are the benefits?
You can increase your shareholding in AMEC plc over the long term at lower dealing commission rates than are generally available through retail brokers.
The DRIP provides an alternative method of dividend payment for shareholders in qualifying countries who may have difficulty cashing sterling cheques due to high bank charges.
