	Strategy Our projects, large or small, have an impact on the communities in which they operate. If we manage them well, this impact can bring significant benefits to both the community and the business concerned. Supporting local business has a positive impact on the community because of the employment opportunities and security it provides. It returns investment to the local area, which in turn brings fresh opportunity. Investing in our communities involves more than making charitable donations, but requires taking an active interest and making a positive contribution, whether it is in time, materials, or another form of giving. Our strategy is based on providing support for the communities in which we live and work, leaving benefits in project locations long after we leave.
