The data we have begun to collect and collate give us a limited amount of information from which to set meaningful corporate targets and objectives. However, this information is of far more use at the business unit level, where we can monitor workforce change against the variables unique to the individual business and region.
Our challenge in 2005 is to help our businesses to use the employment information they are gathering to best effect and integrate target and objective setting into the AMEC Agenda 21 development within the business.
