	Rationale Managing environmental risk and opportunity is fundamental to good business management. Poor environmental practice is not an option in the 21st century, when environmental quality is of paramount importance to us and to our stakeholders. In the business context, environmental damage is a serious threat to the company, not only in terms of penalties and reparation costs, but also in the harm it does to our reputation that we work so hard to protect. A single environmental incident can wipe away the trust we have built up with our local and global stakeholders. This is unacceptable and we will continue to strive to improve our performance.
