During 2004 our goal was to continue ethics training for the North American workforce. In the UK we planned to introduce an Ethics help line; roll out a Code of Business Conduct; and start developing an online ethics-training course to support the Code.
In AMEC Continental Europe, processes are slightly different. However, we began looking at ways of bringing the two approaches closer together.
In North America, 4,922 employees have completed the training and 170 remain outstanding.
