No specific targets / objectives were set.
In prior years we have measured calls to the help line(s) and disciplinary actions that resulted.
In keeping with our education and communication programme, in 2004 we introduced web-based training in North America.
The UK help line was established and the Code of Business Conduct handbook was issued.
The US help line received 23 new Reported Complaints. There were no disciplinary actions as a result.

The UK help line (new in 2004) received only one (minor) call. No disciplinary action was needed.
