	Moving forward We continue to investigate incidents and share learning both within AMEC and externally. Electrical safety and road safety are two important areas of our safety arrangements that we intend to focus on as we move forward. The cornerstone of our strategy is the adoption of robust health and safety management systems that meet the requirements of OHSAS 18001 and we are pleased to have made further progress such that 94% of our employees work within a fully compliant system. We do not require our businesses to obtain third party accreditation but we anticipate that we will see the percentages that do so continue to increase. We have developed a set of SHE performance standards that set out our vision of excellent performance in a range of areas of SHE performance and the businesses use these to self-assess their current performance and develop their improvement plans for the future. This is a key driver for our commitment to continuous improvement.
