An increasing amount of our work is being undertaken in countries that have very basic domestic legal frameworks designed to protect the rights of the individual. It is unacceptable to be complicit in abusing the rights of any individual or group, and we have developed our internal management of our employees to ensure that rights are paramount in undertaking our work.
We have developed a management framework capable of screening projects for potential social impacts directly related to our activity, particularly in areas where human rights have poor recognition.
