	Targets and objectives Each of our business units have been requested to analyse human rights impacts and approach target and objective setting through their individual AMEC Agenda 21s. We have opted for this approach because of the unique operating circumstances faced by each unit, which is inextricably linked to the nature and region of operation. Our corporate target for the year was to ensure our project screening process highlighted social impact requirements and we have strengthened the social aspects of the process, including a guideline for use that draws on the OECD social impact guidelines.
