Delivery services
When a project is actually being built, it is important to keep costs down and the project site running smoothly and efficiently. We can help to conserve and manage energy and waste on a site, checking it complies with all relevant regulations. We also undertake stakeholder and local consultations and are very experienced in managing community relations. For instance, in the UK, we have been working in an alliance with Docklands Light Railway Ltd and other local organisations, where recognising and addressing local sensitivities are important. We also manage contractors to minimise the impact on the community, taking into account local cultural and language issues. |

Support services
Once a project is complete, we can provide a range of services that help protect and enhance the performance of the finished asset, while also providing broader sustainability benefits. As regulations change, and a major capital asset matures, it is important to keep monitoring its performance to ensure best value for all stakeholders. We can run clean-up programmes to handle contaminated land or water, advise on issues like waste or flood water management, manage retrofits of buildings to ensure maximum efficiency, and provide full decommissioning of facilities. |
